In the past, Special force served in the Gulf War and the Vietnam War and took the armed. 
However they have a embarrassing memory. 
At Gwangju democratization movement, they was oppression many people by Caught in the political.
But now, they reflections on it, and try to inspire people to have confidence.
They are still committed to the Republic of Korea by enduring  hard training.

The eternal rivals Special force VS Marine

Special force and Marine corps is known as a powerful pride. So often, when they meet each other have a trouble.
Because they think themselves are best weapon.
Of course,it is no doubt. 
but before debate, we noticed that the soldiers should keep in mind to keep with the Republic of Korea.

Special force mark

White circle - Unity to the commander.

Blue circle - Sky and sea.

Red circle -  Tireless enthusiasm and spirit.

Eagle - Prince of the sky.

Parachute - Penetration measures.

Lightning - Great speed.

Sword - Guerrilla battle. 

Training

Special forces is known for a hard training.
There are many kind of special training.
*HALO- Drop altitude.
*Rangers- Mountain training.
*Scuba- Maritime training.
*UDT/SEAL- Navy seal training.
*400Km march.

Parachute badge

Parachute badges can be largely classified into four types.


*Basic- drop training completed.
*Jump master- Jump master training completed or 20 times drop. (silver star)
*HALO- HALO training completed or 30times drop.(Laurel)
*Gold wing- 1000 times drop.

The Black beret

Black beret is a pride of Special force.
In Korea, there are berets in many colors.
*Special force - black
*Marine ranger - green

*Air borne - red

Jump!

Special force is known parachute jump.
We are jumping from chopper,air craft and air balloon.
Before the parachute to unfold, we fall to 70m.
Then, we navigate flight and should be safe landing.
It is a very exciting experience.
